I also was never a fan of any of the fan design costumes ( except Garth’s Bell bottom outfit that never got used 😭). I believe that couples in comics don’t have to be “sacred “ but they certainly must be written well without sabotage or a triangle.

For episodes 3& 4 Saturn girl is certainly both important as a legionnaire and comic book character in general. I think she gets done dirty a lot especially around the reboot legion, they seemed to make her “weak” against Universo the other times they fight ( I would chalk that up to just being comic book power scaling at DC but also doesn’t do her any favors when the legion bat him later) .
